Before you start weight the eggs.

As much as the eggs weight you will need the same grams sugar.

Half of the eggs weight for flour.

Prepare before start.

You separate the yolks and the egg whites in different bowls.

You mix the yolks with the sugar and the flour.

Add the egg whites into the mixture and the lemon zest.

Keep on stirring until well combined everything.

Butter and flour the baking pan.Add the mixture.

Bake it at 250℃ until it rises.

Continue baking as long as needed in 180℃
