All pieces are 100% hand made and one of a kind. Therefore the pieces you will receive will most likely have differences from the ones on the photos.The same applies if your order includes more than one piece of the same code.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Before shipping all pieces go through a quality control. In case an item will not be able to pass this control you will be noted and an extra or two weeks will be needed in order to remake the item
Shipping rates vary according to size, weight and quantity. All work is packed professionally for fragile work. If a piece is damaged in transit, please contact me to discuss a refund or replacement.
Shipment is organised by Kogevina Ceramics and client is noted in advance about the options the collaborating courier offers. The client can choose the courier of choice and is not obliged to use the collaborating one.
Once the shipment is picked up is no longer Kogevina's Ceramics responsibility a successful delivery, but the courier's and the receiver's.
In case there are special conditions, dates and hours about the receiver's provided address, the client should inform in advance in order for the shipment to be organised accordingly.
Please contact me if you are not happy with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and insurance is recommended. Credit or exchange for your purchase will be issued when I receive the item in its original condition. There is no credit given for the original shipping costs nor the return shipping costs.
