All orders are shipped worldwide from the studio in Barcelona.
Shipping quote will be provided individually, dependent on the purchased product size & destination.
Payment methods:
Secured credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
Alternative payment methods:
Bank transfer
In stock items are dispatched 2 - 3 working days after receiving the payment.
If the item was not in stock but made to order you will be notified in advance of its delivery date via email.
We send items over reliable shipping companies (DHL, GLS, FedEx) dependent on the purchased product and destination.
Please note that customs clearance and extra fees associated are not included in the shipping cost.

Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your purchase.
To return a product please send it back to the following address: Angelika Kogevina, Rector Ubach 3, 08021, BARCELONA - SPAIN
with an informative email in advance at commercial@kogevina.com
All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received with original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and insurance is recommended.
Credit or a refund for your purchase will be issued when I receive the item in its original condition.
There is no credit given for the original shipping costs nor the return shipping costs.
For objects made to order returns are not accepted.
